The first thing we had to do was film someone talking about the weather with a green cloth behind them attached to the wall. Then we had to find footage online of a weather report however this was a bit difficult as many already had people in them. On premier pro the clip that involoves the green screen should be imported and dragged onto video 2 on the time line. The footage of the weather, once imported, should be dragged onto video 1 on the timeline.  In the effects scroll down to keying and listed should be chroma  key which I dragged onto the video on the timeline. In effect controls at the top of the screen under the chroma key tab click on the colour picker next to the section colour and with the colour picker choose a darker secton of green in the cloth on the clip, as you click it most of the green should disappear. Then under the chroam key tab there is a section that says similarity which helps to remove the rest of the green when you increase the percentage. however when I did this parts of her body began to disappear as well therefore it was difficult to remove all of the green. Once this is done all that is left is to scale both the person to size so that they fit into the footage.
